He arrived safely at our friend’s house in Leicestershire at 2.20am on Friday… A long journey, but he seemed pretty relaxed about it all. I am sure that a lot of that was due to your efficiency and organisation. Also, we were worried about the dog when he left our house, but the guy who came to pick him up was very reassuring, and Monty obviously felt quite happy with him getting into the cage and driving off!
I will not hesitate to recommend you to other people requiring pet transport in the future.

Thank you for clearing Boss through the airport arrival process last evening. I am impressed that someone answered the phone call after office hours last evening, as I had not heard from your agent who was assigned to pick up Boss almost 2 hours after the flight arrival. He subsequently called me to let me know that he had seen Boss and that he was well. That was a relief. His estimated arrival time at our home was spot on. The whole process from the application of the import permit through to the delivery of Boss to our home was efficiently handled.
